One of the finest and most highly detailed examples of a marked vintage metal serving dish with handle we've ever had, with two clamp shaped compartments with fantastic and precise detail and an elaborate and ornate handle in the center to make for easy carrying. Overall, the design is just very eye catching, and the size and form make it flexible for a variety of uses- candy, condiments, nuts, olives, jellybeans, and more. It's marked on the bottom with C and an S on each side of a crown mark, but research has not yet turned up a specific manufacturer. What's certain however is that it's not surprisingly that the piece is marked given the precise detailing and construction, obviously of very high quality.
