Extremely well done, turn of the 20th century German porcelain figural bust of a woman with fan on a terrific porcelain stand decorated with flowers and vines in raised surfaces on the ceramic. Including the base, the work stands approximately 6.75" high while the figurine itself is 5.75" high and the base stands 2.0" high and 4.0" in diameter. The colors on the woman are very clear and vibrant and the detailing expecially in the face is well above the norm. She has a gold ribbon tied at her bottom that we thought added a nice flair, and we particularly like the base and its elaborate floral decorations especially on the legs that are very difficult to manufacture. The woman is unmarked, but the base is marked Made in Germany and includes the manufacturer's mark and the impressed number 956.
