Very well executed glass sugar and creamer set with intricate floral silver overlay and a hobnail glass base can be yours direct from this Boston, MA estate collection of antique and vintage glass. Both sugar and creamer combine a hobnail lower region with the intricate silver overlay design around the entire perimeter of both pieces. Note the detail in the silver overlay, for the lines are much narrower than typical to lend more realism to the flowers and leaves in the design. We particularly love the Art Deco inspired round ball handles which in reality make them quite easy to hold in your hand. The sugar and creamer are both rimmed in silver at the top and bottom, a nice effect that really adds a final decorative flair. Both sugar and creamer are in very good condition with only the need for a nice cleaning. The sugar measures approximately 3.25" high and 4.0" in diameter not including the handles and the creamer measures approximately 4.0" high and 3.0" in diameter not including the spout.
