Unusual
set of ceramic artichoke bowls direct from a Vermont country estate
where they were displayed and used by the family for 50+ years,
offered at a bargain price. All are made of a pure white ceramic
in the multiple point shape of an open artichoke, and the sides
are ridged subtly for added realism. The set consists of a large
serving bowl standing approximately 4.75" high and 10.0"
in diameter, 3 serving bowls 3.0" high and 6.0" in diameter,
and 3 smaller condiment bowls standing2.25" high and 4.5"
in diameter. All are the same shape but in the different sizes,
and all are in excellent condition and provide a flexible and attractive
serving set in a neutral color to use with most any color or style
of dinnerware. Seven pieces in all! /75 |

Vintage
mid 20th century or earlier candelabra salt & pepper shakers
are in very good condition, a fun and whimsical design that you
certainly don't see anymore. It's a nice American made piece, with
a metal candelabra base and two plastic salt and pepper shakers
that sit in the candelabra and have the look of real burning candles
with wax dripping down the side. With candles in, it measures about
5.75" high and 4.25" wide. The base is marked Pat. Pend,
728, and Made in USA, while the candles are marked on the bottom
with numbers and possibly with a manufacturer's mark. |

Decorate
your kitchen wall with this super vintage crewel needlework pictures
of a little stand of mushrooms, with a ladybug in the foreground
and signed JS. The design is colorful and intricately detailed,
and the craftsmanship is evident in the way it has been produced.
Framed in a simple wood frame, it's in very good condition and measures
approximately 6.0" x 5.0" including the frame and comes
from an Augusta, GA estate collection. |

Extremely
hard to find set of 5 vintage Pyrex coffee mugs, all in excellent
condition and measuring 3.5" high and 3.25" in diameter.
The cups are a rich creamy white, but unlike much vintage Pyrex
dinnerware these coffee cups are also decorated with green flowers
on both front and back. The bottoms are properly marked Pyrex raised
on the bottom along with inscriptions for size at 300ml, the notation
"For oven and microwave; No Stovetop or Broiler", and
"Corning USA". |

Even
more so than coffee mugs, it's even harder to find a matching sugar
and creamer set but here is one from an Atlanta, GA estate collection.
Both sugar and creamer are in excellent condition with creamer measuring
3.75" high and 3.75" in diameter while the sugar bowl
measures 2.75" high and 4.0" in diameter. Both the Pyrex
creamer and the sugar bowl are properly marked Pyrex raised on the
bottom along with the notation "Microwave Safe", "No
Stovetop or Broiler", and "Corning USA". |

Fun
decorated covered metal cannister is in excellent condition and
has a rooster theme that you'll love as a perfect complement to
Metlox Poppytrail or other vintage dinnerware. The front and back
have detailed color renderings of chickens and roosters with the
legends Fresh Eggs and Brown or White, recreating the look of the
old signs. The cannister also has a chicken on the top cover, and
it's a nice size for flexible use standing 9.0" high and 3.75"
