Very cool original and fully tested Bakelite intricately carved bangle bracelet. This bracelet features a highly desirable and hard to find shade of burnt red with tints of orange that come through in direct light. You can see this in the photos, with the orange streaks and highlights hard to see until you put direct light on them when they really shine through. Very cool! The deep and finely detailed carving is done in a geometric motif that simulate a stacked effect as with a stack of bangles, and this is a bakelite color that should be in every collection. This vintage bakelite bangle measures approximately 1.25" wide, and the opening is approximately 2.5" in diameter.
