Very fine print from the Le Douanier Rousseau at the Grand Palais in Paris, from September 1984- January, 1985. Rousseau was the most whimsical of the French painters during the late 19th and early 20th century, following on the heels of the French Impressionists. This is a French print of the exhibition, with opening hours in French below the dates, and it has been professionally mounted on board and framed in a simple gold metal frame. It measures approximately 23.5" high and 16.0" wide, and it's in excellent condition.
